Wedding Film Packages

All weddings are unique, as are our films. So, whilst the wedding film packages below cover most couple’s requests, we always quote our clients on the basis of their specific wedding film requirements, once established.

Below are the Wedding Film Packages we offer for filming in the UK. The packages cover a range of budgets starting at £1,200. All package costs are inclusive, with no hidden extras. For Multi-Day Weddings and Destination Weddings, we will provide a custom quote once specific details and requirements have been supplied.

SELECTION 1

Capturing all the main parts of your day, this package covers filming from guest arrivals at the ceremony and coverage into the evening inc. cake cutting and first dance.

~ Extended Edit Film inc. Main Part of Ceremony (exchange of vows) & Main Speeches (30-45 mins)

Additions to Selection 1 package include coverage of the bridal preparation and flavour of the evening dancing & fun; a lovely way to complete the story of your day.

SELECTION 3

This package selection covers all aspects of the whole day commencing with bride & groom preparations, with filming continuing until the end of the evening. Included is the first dance and the evening fun, through to the married couple’s departure, where applicable.

Optional Extras for consideration:

All our wedding film services are tailor-made to fit your requirements – let us know what you have in mind and we’ll advise accordingly and provide you with a quote. Here are some additional options to consider:

> ‘Well-Wishers’ Guest Messages – Friends & Family messages – £195
Filmed to camera during the reception/evening and supplied as separate mini-film.

> Aerial Drone Filming – POA
Location, permissions & weather permitting.

Travel Costs

When we provide a quote, there are no hidden extras. However, if filming is required in excess of 35 miles from our West London base, we will charge this travel cost at £0.55p/mile. In the event that we are required to book overnight accommodation, this would be charged at cost. All extra charges are discussed, quoted and pre-agreed with the client.

Turnaround & Delivery

We aim for an approx. 6-8 weeks turnaround for delivery of your films, however depending upon time of year and work load, this may be extended. We will always keep you updated should this occur. Your high definition films will then be uploaded to our secure online client facility, which you will be given access to by way of a unique password we supply you with. This allows you to both view and download your HD films for home viewing, sharing and safe-keeping.
